This policy describes what information the Loan EMI Calculator app ("the App") handles, why, and what choices you have. BRAHMABYTE Solutions ("we", "us"), publishing on Google Play as Palnapps, is responsible for the App.

1. The short version

• You never create an account, and we never ask for your name, phone, email or ID.
• The numbers you type and the profiles you save stay on your phone. We cannot see them.
• The App is free because it shows ads. The ad and analytics services it uses collect technical data such as your advertising ID and how the App is used.
• We do not sell personal data. We are not a lender and never pass anything to lenders.

2. Data that stays on your device

Loan amounts, interest rates, tenures, tax and savings inputs, saved loan profiles, your language and currency choice — all of this is stored only in the App's private storage on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else, and it is removed when you uninstall the App. PDFs you export are written to your Downloads folder and are never uploaded or read back by the App.

3. Data collected by services inside the App

The App includes software from the companies below. When the App runs, these services may automatically collect and process the following on their own servers:

• Advertising identifier (Google Advertising ID) and similar device identifiers
• Device and app information — model, OS version, language, app version
• Usage data — screens opened, features used, how ads are interacted with
• Crash and performance logs
• IP address, from which an approximate (city-level) location may be inferred by ad providers
• A push notification token, only if you allow notifications

4. Why this data is processed

• To show ads and measure whether they work — this is what keeps the App free
• To find and fix crashes and to understand which features are used
• To deliver notifications you have opted into
• To load the App's remote configuration

5. Advertising, real-time bidding and your choices

The App is funded by advertising. Ad space in the App is sold through Google AdMob and Google Ad Manager using real-time bidding (RTB): each time an ad slot is about to be shown, an ad request is sent and advertising partners bid, in real time, for the right to fill it. To run that auction, the following may be shared with Google and with the ad technology providers and authorised bidders it works with: your advertising identifier, your IP address and the approximate location derived from it, device and app information, the ad slot's size and format, and — where a consent screen was shown — your consent choices. The winning bidder's ad is then displayed. These partners may use that data to select and personalise ads and to measure them, under their own privacy policies.

Ads may be personalised using your advertising identifier. On Android you can reset or delete that identifier and opt out of personalised ads under Settings › Google › Ads; after opting out, ads still appear but are not tailored to you. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA and UK), a consent screen is shown before any personalised ad is served, and you can decline personalised advertising there.

Rewarded ads are optional extras. They unlock the PDF export and the detailed repayment schedule, and the App always asks before playing one. No calculator ever requires an ad.

6. Notifications

The App asks once for permission to send notifications. Decline, or turn them off later under Settings › Apps › Loan EMI Calculator › Notifications, and none will be sent.

7. Children

The App is a calculator tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the higher age your country sets), and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child's data has reached us or a service we use, email us and we will act.

8. Retention and deletion

We hold no personal data of yours on any server of our own. On-device data is deleted by uninstalling the App. Data held by the third-party services above is retained under their own policies; on request we will help you ask them for deletion. Write to contact@palnapps.com.

9. Your rights and how to raise a concern

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and comparable laws elsewhere (such as the EU GDPR), you may ask what personal data is held about you, have it corrected or erased, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Our grievance officer for such requests is reachable at:

We acknowledge requests within 7 days and resolve them within 30 days.

10. Security

All traffic between the App and the services it uses is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute protection, but nothing you type into the calculators leaves your device in the first place.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new effective date. Keep using the App after that date and the new version applies.
